We Believe
As Christians, we fight the stereotypical perceptions of being judgmental, or aloof in our daily lives. We know we’re not better than anyone else, we struggle with the same issues that everyone else does. We lean on each other, and God. Our flaws are visible, our weakness all too apparent. For us, being Christian is not a badge of honor to wear, but rather to admit that we are not perfect and that we need His help to get though the day-to-day life.
We Believe that God has called us to create this portal. His influence in our lives helps to guide or decisions, our actions and our dealings with not only each other, but our viewers and advertisers.
Being Christians in what is, at the end of the day, a business, is not always easy, and we pray daily that God will help guide us in this venture.
We believe that as Disciples of Christ, we are called to live in the world that He gave us. Sometimes, that means embracing the mainstream, sometimes it means being ‘different’. While it is often easy to find the evil and sin in things, we choose to look at the struggles, the successes and even the failures of everyday life and see that it’s all according to His plan.
Why do you cover (Insert Band Name Here)?
At the end of the day, it’s not just dedicated Christian artists that write music that can be meaningful to a Christian. Christianity isn’t some all exclusive club where you can’t belong if you’re not on the right label, or if you choose to act on your faith in a different way than I might.
We’re not here to judge, we’re here to listen, enjoy and be fulfilled.
