We’ve just found and have added to our blog roll Third Day’s official blog, but they have a totally hip and cool new feature for their fans. You are cordially invited to blog about Third Day on the “third day” of every month. Here’s how to participate:

Video Tuesday: Paul Alan “To Bring You Back”
We started playing Paul Alan “To Bring You Back” about two months ago and for the first few weeks it didn’t really knock any listeners ears off. Well, as radio goes it usually takes quiet a few listens before a song either connects or not. While I had a pretty good feeling that the song musically would connect I wasn’t sure the listener would really hear his lyrics, but I think now the opposite is true. I don’t think this is the official music video, but I do think it will help you connect with God today.
MercyMe Cover Tune Grab Bag “Hold Me Now”
I’m totally hooked to these MercyMe cover tune grab bag songs. They try to post a new one once a week on their blog and I don’t want you to miss them. This time around it’s the 1984 Smash-hit from the Thompson Twins “Hold Me Now”…
Video Friday: Chris Tomlin “Jesus Messiah”
I shared on Tuesday that Chris’ new project “Hello Love” will be available Sept. 2nd. But, I can’t tell you how much the first single “Jesus Messiah” has moved me into a closer relationship with Christ. I don’t know if you’re local Christian station is playing it and I want you too to be moved closer to God.
Video Thursday: Brooke Fraser “Arithmetic, Wood & Bone”
Last month we got a chance to sit down and talk with Brooke Fraser. She sounds a little like Tori Amos, but has a passion for God like Rebbecca St. James. I promise after you listen to this new single “Arithmetic, Wood & Bone” off her previous project “What To Do With Daylight” you’ll want to go out and pick up her new release “Albertine”.
These lyrics from this song just struck a cord with me…
I’ve been counting up all my wrongs
One sorry for each star
See I’d apologise my way to you
If the heavens stretched that far
You are the one I want, you are the one I want
Is He the one you want today or is the world pulling you away?
Jimmy Needham “Not Without Love” drops Aug. 19th
I’ve been a BIG fan of Jimmy Needham’s ever since he released “Speak” in 2006. Unfortunately, most of you may have only heard “Lost At Sea” on the radio, but my favorites were “Fence Riders” & “Dearly Loved”. If you’ve never heard Jimmy’s music then just picture a vocal style like Shawn McDonald with a passion for the guitar and music fan like Paul Wright. Now he is ready to release his sophomore release “Not Without Love” on August 19th. The new project was inspired by Needham’s realization that he had shared the gospel with so many people in the flesh but all they knew was the Bible beater. He goes on to say… Read more
Video Wednesday: Newworldson “Workin Man”
I’m so pumped to share this new video from Newworldson. They’re new project “Salvation Station” has been in my CD player for the last three months. These guys are taking Christian music fans down a new musical journey and I am workin’ hard to get the word out about their amazing music and ministry.
