Music Builds Tour Launches Online Charity Auction
The Music Builds Tour will launch this Fall. Third Day, Switchfoot, Jars Of Clay, and Robert Randolph will all grace the stage to help bring funding to Habitat For Humanity.
In conjunction with the tour they have started an e-Bay charity auction for each date of the tour. The winner in each city will receive two premium tickets to the show, a private meet and greet with the bands, tour merchandise, and an autographed copy of the new Third Day project “Revelation”. Bon Jovi/Habitat for Humanity Partnership
Jon Bon Jovi may be from New Jersey, but on Monday he was helping save Detroit, one house at a time. The rocker announced he was helping to build five homes on Detroit’s east side, thanks to Habitat for Humanity, the city’s Saturn retailers and his own Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation, via his arena football team of the same name.
The last home on a construction site was torn down and a wall for a new house was erected, which is great news, especially if you’ve ever been to Detroit’s east side. Read more
