Obviously he believes in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. If you see him in earlier years, and then see him now, his countenence has changed. He has definitely met with God. Whether he has accepted Jesus, I don't know, but God has definitely changed his life. God has definitely become real to him. He sings of entering into God's "chapel", which is a Christian term for a church building. Jewish believers call their place of worship a "synagogue". God is definitely doing something with him, and in His time. God promises to finish the work He started in us. If Neil doesn't know Jesus as his Savior yet, he will.
