Today I will be doing a review for the new Christmas ep from Future of Forestry called “Advent Christmas Vol. 2″. It came out last Tuesday and is available in our amazon.com store below my review. If you have Vol. 1 then you should know Vol. 2 is going to be another great musical treat.
I love this time of year and it’s great to have music that is a reminder of what the season is all about. This is another album that is not your typical Christmas music. They are all familiar songs but have a completely different way about them. It brings a lot of different sounds together to make a musical masterpiece.
One of my favorite Christmas songs is “Joy To The World” and it’s done so beautifully. There is a part where O Praise Him is integrated in the middle. This song is about singing about the joy we have that Jesus came to earth and celebrating his birth.
