tobymactonightcd300I’m very excited to be reviewing for you the new project from TobyMac called “Tonight”. I’ve been listening to it for the last week and you’re in for a musical treat. I’m pretty sure you’ll be picking up at least two copies of this project tomorrow one for you and one for a friend.

It starts off strong with the title song “Tonight” I was really excited to hear John Cooper from Skillet on this track. It’s a song that gets me pumped up and makes me start to dance. It has dance melodies mixed with rock. It’s a really awesome way to start this new project.

Here are a few songs that really stood out to me…”Get Back Up”, “Hold On”, “Start Somewhere” and “Break Open The Sky”. I know we all have stuff we go through daily and I feel that music helps me out so much and I hope that these songs will help you with whatever you are going through.

This is a project full of hope, encouragement and love. No matter how many times you have heard Toby on the radio that is just one song. I must admit that I’m one of those people that tunes out the radio station if I hear a song I’ve heard a thousand times before, but I encourage you all to put this project on repeat because it won’t burn you out. It’s going to create an instant dance party in your room or car…keep both hands on the wheel.

It has a little bit of something for any music fan from hip-hop beats, to pop mixes, to amazing rock riffs, and even a few reggae rhythms. When I hear these songs each one speaks to me in a different way. I will definitely have to share this with my friends.
