christomlinonfoxtvChris Tomlin will perform on Fox & Friends’ Primetime Christmas Special scheduled to air on Christmas Eve at 8pm (ET) / 5pm (PT) with a repeat on Christmas Day on The Fox News Channel. Chris was interviewed by host Steve Doocey and accompanied by special guests The Watoto Children’s Choir, who were also featured on Chris’ 2008 “Hello Love” project in the song “Love.” The Watoto Children’s Choir is an organization that rescues child soldiers, ministers to orphans, and provides a safe haven for abandoned infants.

About the special relationship he has developed with the choir, Chris said…

To sing with orphan children who have had the most challenging lives and to support the work of Watoto has been one of my greatest joys in recent years.

Other celebrity guests appearing on the holiday special include Amy Grant, Andrea Bocelli, Kristin Chenoweth and more.

In other news, Chris’ first Christmas tour “Glory In The Highest” wrapped last week after a successful run. Chris, Louie Giglio and Christy Nockels performed in front of sold out crowds across the U.S. in major markets such as Orlando, Birmingham, Tampa, Washington DC, Atlanta and Los Angeles.

Have you ever seen Chris live? If so let us know in the comment box below what that experience was like and what song did you enjoy singing most that night.

I have seen Chris several times in concert. He is great in concert. He has such a heart for Jesus and is an incredible worship leader. I just saw him for the Christmas tour. The Christmas songs were beautiful and his original songs were just has spirit filled. I love all of his songs but probably like singing “Holy is the Lord” the best. I hope to meet and greet w/ him next time he is in Chicago. Have a blessed Christmas.

  2. Andrea Bocelli is truly a master. He has a super great voice that sounds heavenly.;;,
