Plumb Writes 3 Songs For New Moon

plumbpic1 Last week we told you about The Wrecking’s new song for the “Twilight” movie saga called “New Moon.” Well, it looks like in this latest blog post from Plumb she too talks about how much she really wants her new songs to be in this new movie, what she’s going to do to her teeth if one gets picked and asks you for advice on how to get your nose ring back in after it falls out.

so i have written 3 songs with the Twilight saga in mind…if they end up in New Moon or the following 2 films…i will be more than happy…i’ll have my teeth shaved to a point.

they’re total plumb songs…i played them for my friend leyna and mugsy and melis and jenny g…all obsessed with the books and films and they voted yes on them…but they’re partial so who knows. i’ve not submitted them yet but with all the songs i’ve had in films…most of which i had nothing at all to do with…they were just amazing gifts…this is the 1st time i’ve ever wanted a song in a film…really wanted it. so keep your ears to the ground and your eyes to the skies (thanks for that lyric Joy Joy) and maybe it’ll happen. if not…you’ll at least hear them on a future plumb album dedicated to vampires. ha. the author is a mother of 3, same as me and the same age as me…and so i’m hoping i can connect with her artistically and then in turn capture the film…are you all pulling for me? you better. i’ll bite you if you don’t.

as i type this, Clementine is crying her eyes out because poor little thing…she has a clean, dry diaper and a snuggly outfit on and a comfy bed and a soft blanket and her room is nice and cool with the ceiling fan on too and she had to have 2 stories read to her and be subjected to 100 kisses and 2 songs in the rocking chair…poor little thing.

cry it out sister. you’re getting spoiled. ha

oh…and any advice welcomed here…my nose ring came out in the pool Sat night and i can’t get it back in…am I uninformed on nose etiquette? do i have to go through a whole new event? what do i do? it WILL NOT go in. its easier to pick my nose with it out…but its so cute…i like it so much. Jeremy does especially. help!
