Our good friends This Beautiful Republic have reached #1 on the charts with their song “No Turning Back”. They’re really excited about it and we want you to join in on their celebration. Ben took a few minutes to drop us an e-mail about this big news.
You guys have supported this song and really got behind it, requesting it from radio stations and playing it on your pages. Its a huge compliment to us and we’re so very encouraged! Hopefully this is the just the first in a string of many.
Another great thing happened this week as we surpassed the 1,000,000 plays mark on MySpace. Man that’s a lot of people listening! Or one person who is REALLY obsessed. I’ve been paying attention to the number of plays and I can tell that you guys are telling friends. The number is continually growing on a steady upward slope. Keep it up! We so very much appreciate your support.
For those of you who are wondering when we’re going to have a video out, it’s in the works. We haven’t quite nailed down all the details just yet, but it IS being worked out and should be coming soon. It’ll be our first. Well, unless you count the Hentai or Star Wars music videos of ours that are on Youtube… then it’d be our third. =)
We’re also working on some touring, so if you know a youth leader or promoter who would be interested in organizing a TBR extravaganza, let us know because we’ll most likely be in your area at some point soon…
