A few weeks ago we shared with you the news that Day Of Fire will be recording “Fan The Fire” as an independent band; in other words, no label is involved at this point. Well, we just got this e-mail from them about how this week they’re in the studio working hard on the new project and how you can still support them by buying lead singer Josh Browns original artwork.

We are finishing up our first day in the studio and it has gone great!
Josh is going to be creating original artwork throughout our time here in the studio. We normally sell these pieces for $100 each but we are going to do a silent auction for his artwork and the money will help us finish recording the album. So here’s how to make your silent bid.
1) Check out the Artwork featured in a video blog below.
2) Email your bid to dayoffire@yahoo.com with “Silent Auction” in the subject line
3) If you are the top bidder we will contact you for info on payment and where to send the workCheck out this video blog featuring the first piece of art work from the studio. Each piece will contain the date it was created and which song we were working on that particular day.
